1. Can I order over the phone?

 We have the facility to order over the phone, via Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.

2. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders over Usd 24.37. Orders less than Rs 2000 have a flat rate of Usd 2.44.


3. How long will my order take to get to me? 

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Unfortunately there are occasions that high demand for our products may mean that we become temporarily out of stock, in such cases the dispatch of your order may be delayed. If this happens we endeavor to contact you immediately with the necessary information. Within 3-4 working days delivery timings.


4. What if my order is lost or damaged?

It is well ensured that your order will not be lost or damaged. However if such instance takes place you will receive a full refund on your luxor.pk takes complete responsibility of such matters.


5. When will I receive my order?

 Please note that orders may take up to 2 full business days to process in our warehouse before shipping. Therefore, orders with standard shipping may take from 4 to 6 business days to arrive. For more information visit our delivery services policy.

6.  How can I update my order?

Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes updates to shipping information as well as product selections. Please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.


7. How can I cancel an order?

Please note we ship orders as quickly as possible and cannot guarantee cancellation.
